LAW 14/2013 INVESTIGATORS
The SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL STAFF that carries out scientific research work, "technological development and innovation", in business entities or R&D centers established in Spain.
The RESEARCHERS received within the framework of an agreement by public or private research organizations, under the conditions established by regulation. The TEACHERS hired by universities, higher education and research bodies or centers, or business schools established in Spain, in accordance with the criteria established by law.
Regarding the requests for VISA for TRAINING,
RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT
and
INNOVATION, in public or private entities, both of foreigners who intend to enter Spain and of those who, being holders of a stay or residence authorization, will resolve and issue said visas for training or research, valid throughout the national territory, in the following cases: RESEARCH STAFF
referred to in article 13 and the first additional provision of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation.
